Arthan’s First Ever People Leaders Conclave 2026
Making the invisible work of people leadership visible
The People Leaders Conclave 2026, hosted by Arthan in New Delhi, brought together senior people leaders, HR heads, and organisational builders from across the social impact ecosystem. At its core was a an overlooked reality: much of the work that enables organisations to sustain impact is led by people leaders, yet it remains largely invisible.
This convening created space to centre that work by spotlighting the role of people leadership in shaping organisations that are resilient, values-driven, and built for the long term. Conversations spanned navigating growth and transitions, strengthening organisational culture and systems, and building leadership pipelines. Through candid exchanges and shared experiences, the conclave surfaced key questions and perspectives that continue to influence how institutions approach people, leadership, and sustained impact.
A key thread that emerged was the need to move beyond short-term problem-solving towards intentionally designing systems and cultures that enable organisations to endure. These insights and reflections have been captured in the Key Takeaways Report below, offering a deeper look into the conversations and learnings from the conclave.
