Arthan’s Women at Work initiative aspires to make organizations working for social impact more inclusive for women and thereby, increase women’s participation in the development workforce, especially at mid-senior levels.

  • POSH Masterclass

    Arthan organized a Virtual Masterclass: Ways to Become POSH Compliant in a Hybrid Mode of Working. The session sensitized the employers and employees about sexual harassment in the workplace, created awareness about the POSH Act, and facilitated understanding of its importance in a hybrid work setting.

  • Women's Leadership for a Gender-Equitable Development Sector

    As part of Arthan’s efforts in increasing women’s leadership in the social impact sector, we organized an evening of conversation on ‘Women’s Leadership for a Gender Equitable Development Sector’ with The Rockefeller Foundation. This evening was an opportunity for those gathered to understand the diverse voices and perspectives around women’s participation and leadership in social impact, and network with like-minded peers on making the development sector inclusive and equitable.

  • She The Change: Empowering Voices, Enriching Workplaces

    We unveiled the inaugural conference of Arthan’s Women at Work initiative ‘She the Change: Empowering Voices, Enriching Workplaces’. This in-person conference seek to create a more inclusive environment for women in organizations working towards social impact and increase their representation in the development workforce, especially at the mid-senior levels.
