We conducted a masterclass titled ‘Navigating Career Transitions to the Social Impact Sector’ exclusively designed for mid-senior career women professionals under Arthan’s Women at Work initiative. Building on the overwhelming response to our previous masterclass, this masterclass aimed to provide insights and strategies for successfully transitioning to the development/social impact sector.

Our masterclass covered a range of topics that helped the participants understand the landscape and opportunities in the social impact sector, align the mission of the organizations with their career aspirations and acquire insights on leveraging existing skills for a seamless transition.
